The NLAS4599 is an advanced high-speed CMOS SPDT analog switch fabricated on a silicon-gate CMOS process. It achieves high speed propagation delay and low on-resistance while maintaining low power consumption. This switch controls analog and digital voltages that vary over the full supply range (VCC to GND). The device design has a much lower on-resistance (RON) than traditional CMOS analog switches and is more linear with respect to input voltage. The channel select input is compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with a pull-up resistor, it is compatible with LSTTL outputs. The channel select input structure provides protection when voltages from 0 - 5.5 V are applied regardless of the supply voltage. This input structure helps prevent device damage due to supply voltage - input/output voltage mismatch, battery backup, hot insertion, etc.
